Complaints

 

At Ultrabit, we value service highly. For us, service means providing both high-quality products and a positive experience for our customers. If something goes wrong, please let us know through our customer service. Clearly describe the issue; we usually resolve complaints quickly!

Upon receiving your complaint, you will receive a confirmation from us.

We aim to respond to your complaint within 14 days of receipt. If more time is needed, we will inform you.

If you are not satisfied, you can also contact the mediation department of Stichting Webshop Keurmerk, with which we are affiliated. They can mediate through this link.

 

Since February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU can also submit complaints via the European Commission’s ODR platform. The ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not being handled elsewhere, you are free to submit it through the EU platform.
