Shipping
At Ultrabit we offer a diverse range of products. The estimated delivery time is stated on each product page (Just below the 'Add to Cart' button) so you know when to expect your products. If your order has products with different delivery times we will divide the shipment into parts to make sure each product arrives as scheduled.
All products are shipped via parcel post with a tracking number which you will receive by email.
We package your order with the utmost care to ensure it arrives safely and undamaged.
Please note: For orders outside the European Schengen Area, no VAT will be charged when placing your order. However, please note that you are responsible for any local taxes, import duties, and other fees upon customs clearance in your country.
Returns
Returning without providing a reason (14-day right of withdrawal)
In accordance with your rights for online purchases all items except ASIC miners can be returned within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery, provided they are in 'like-new' condition, with original packaging and have not been used or installed.
ASIC Miners are excluded from the right of withdrawal due to price fluctuations that may occur within the withdrawal period. For more information, see Article 10 of our Terms and Conditions.
Returning defective items
Items Defective on Arrival:
If your items are defective upon arrival, you have 14 days to notify us. Items must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all accessories and documentation. Once the defect has been verified, we will provide a replacement or a full refund.
Warranty repairs:
If one of your purchases shows a defect, you are entitled to a warranty repair, provided the item is within the warranty period. Some manufacturers offer direct support to end-users to ensure that their customers receive the best possible assistance for their products. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase.
Used/Refurbished Products:
We offer a 30-day warranty on used and refurbished products. This warranty period starts from the date of purchase.
Damage During Transport:
If you notice any damage to your order caused during transport, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the items. If the damage is clearly visible upon delivery, we recommend refusing to accept the package. In that case, the package will automatically be returned to us. Once the returned package is received, we will investigate the damage and take appropriate action to resolve the issue. You can expect either a replacement or a full refund.
We offer you 2 options to return your order. Detailed information on these two return options is provided below.
The cost of returning the item is your responsibility.
Please ensure that the item is securely packaged in its original packaging. Make sure all parts are well-protected for transport. You are responsible for any damage to the return shipment. If the product does not arrive in like-new condition, we may charge you for any damage.
Use only transparent tape (no duct tape) to seal the package. Do not write on the box.
Option 1: Return via courier service (self-paid)
- Securely package the item in its original packaging.
- Initiate a return by clicking on 'My Account' at the top right. Go to 'My Orders', find the relevant order and click 'View' on the right. Click 'Return' at the bottom, fill out the return form and click 'Submit'.
- We will review your request to ensure it complies with our refund and return policy
- If your request is approved you will receive the return address and your return number via email. Attach this note to each box.
- Send the package back using a courier service of your choice, such as:
- PostNL (drop off and pay at a PostNL point)
- DPD (register and pay online first)
- DHL (register and pay online first)
Shipping costs are your responsibility.
- Request a proof of delivery and keep it safe. We are not liable for damage or lost return items.
- Upon receipt of the item we will assess whether it meets the return conditions. If it does, a full refund or store credit will be issued within 14 days, depending on your choice when creating the return. Please note that repairs or replacements may require a longer processing time.
Option 2: Return in person at our warehouse (free of charge)
- Securely package the item in its original packaging.
- Initiate a return by clicking on 'My Account' at the top right. Go to 'My Orders', find the relevant order and click 'View' on the right. Click 'Return' at the bottom, fill out the return form and click 'Submit'.
- We will review your request to ensure it complies with our refund and return policy
- If your request is approved you will receive an email with a return confirmation, our warehouse address and a link to schedule an appointment.
- Bring the item personally to our warehouse at the provided address. Make sure to get a proof of delivery or receipt.
- Upon receipt of the item we will assess whether it meets the return conditions. If it does, a full refund or store credit will be issued within 14 days, depending on your choice when creating the return. Please note that repairs or replacements may require a longer processing time.
Conditions
- The product must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt.
- For smooth processing, please initiate your return through your account.
- The product may only be unpacked or used to the extent necessary to determine if you wish to keep it. Feel free to inspect the product as you would in a store.
- The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
- The product should be delivered to us in good condition, without any damage from assembly or transportation. Therefore, handle the product carefully during your consideration period and ensure it is not damaged. Pack your return carefully to ensure it is transported without damage. We reserve the right to withhold compensation for any damage incurred by the consumer or during the return shipping process.
