Warranty

 

We offer a two-year full product warranty on all purchases, except for ASIC Miners.

At Ultrabit, you are assured of a secure purchasing process. You receive a standard two-year full product warranty on all purchases, with the exception of ASIC Miners. This means you can always contact us if there is an issue with your purchase within this period. For valid warranty claims, the costs for repair or replacement will be fully covered for up to two years from the date of purchase.

Warranty Periods:

  • General products: 2 years warranty, except for ASIC Miners.
  • Bitcoin mining hardware: 1 year warranty (365 days).
  • Altcoin mining hardware: 6 months warranty (180 days). (Altcoins are cryptocurrencies other than Bitcoin.)
  • Used mining hardware: 30 days warranty.

Returning defective items

Items Defective on Arrival:
If your items are defective upon arrival, you have 14 days to notify us. Items must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all accessories and documentation. Once the defect has been verified, we will provide a replacement or a full refund.

Warranty repairs:
If one of your purchases shows a defect, you are entitled to a warranty repair, provided the item is within the warranty period. Some manufacturers offer direct support to end-users to ensure that their customers receive the best possible assistance for their products. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase.

Used/Refurbished Products:
We offer a 30-day warranty on used and refurbished products. This warranty period starts from the date of purchase.

Damage During Transport:
If you notice any damage to your order caused during transport, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the items. If the damage is clearly visible upon delivery, we recommend refusing to accept the package. In that case, the package will automatically be returned to us. Once the returned package is received, we will investigate the damage and take appropriate action to resolve the issue. You can expect either a replacement or a full refund.


Conditions

We reserve the right to conduct necessary diagnostics to determine the cause of a defect. Repair or replacement will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • The product was lost before arriving at our service location.
  • The product was damaged due to the use of third-party software.
  • Scratches or other cosmetic damage to the product that does not affect its operation.
  • Burned circuit boards, corrosion/oxidation, disconnected chip pins, PCB breakage, blocked via holes on the circuit board, or the use of POE switches.
  • Fraud, such as deliberately falsifying or replacing product barcodes or parts, or other attempts to claim after-sales maintenance services to which there is no entitlement. Products and parts without original barcodes will not qualify for maintenance.
  • Damage to the product caused by improper installation, use, or maintenance.
  • Damage or defects caused by dropping, accidents, theft, abuse, negligence, or improper operation.
  • Damage caused by physical interference such as moisture, fire, flooding, lightning, transportation, or extreme environmental conditions.
  • Crushed, broken, burned, or damaged components, such as the circuit board or its parts, due to improper handling.
  • Damage caused by overvoltage, undervoltage, or leakage.
  • Damage due to exposure to extreme high or low ambient temperatures.
  • Damage caused by moisture, oxidation, corrosion, or short circuits in the product or its components.
  • Damage or loss caused by natural disasters, including floods, lightning strikes, fires, earthquakes, or tsunamis.
  • Disassembly or modifications by anyone other than us or an authorized service provider.
  • Damage or defects caused by the use of unauthorized power supplies, parts, or units.
  • Unauthorized changes to firmware or hardware.
  • Damage or defects caused by the use of unauthorized firmware or drivers, such as firmware that enables overclocking.
  • Damage resulting from incompatibility with current or future operating systems, software, or hardware.
  • Loss or damage to data due to improper use.
  • Products without original barcodes or serial numbers, or where barcodes have been altered, defaced, or removed.
  • Mixed circuit boards: where any or all hashboards or control boards in a product are not the original components, or anything that prevents us from determining whether they are original parts.
  • Direct use of the product without proper connection to drainage systems (if applicable to products that require such connection).
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Any other reason beyond our control that makes it impossible for us to determine whether the product is still under warranty.

If we determine that the product does not meet the repair criteria, it will be returned at your own cost. Any storage fees (if applicable) must also be covered by you before the product is returned.
